PRIVACY
100% secure ordering. All major credit and debit cards accepted via Square (PayPal also available).
None of your personal information will be shared by me to any entity. Customer photos are appreciated and can be shared with me via Instagram or email - I will only share with your permission!
SHIPPING
Currently offering standard shipping to US destinations only. Please fully read the product description for the item you plan to purchase - designs are made-to-order, thus have varying production times. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For any questions/concerns with shipping, track the package first. If there is still confusion, feel free to email me and we will get your issue resolved!
RETURN POLICY
All garments fully made-to-order, therefore no refunds or returns issued. Please email jamilakesi@gmail.com for any concerns.
SUSTAINABILITY
There is no general consensus or criteria to classify one’s production methods as “sustainable”. What I offer is a commitment to upcycling from existing clothing whenever possible and a zero-waste approach when new fabrics are utilized for commissions. Scraps are saved and reused in subsequent projects.
